Tactile imagery and chance based camera techniques are used in this stop-motion animation experiment. It is about a lost doll who searches for answers when she discovers pain and death in a mysterious world. Her search is complete when she finds the answers within herself.

Flight of the Phoenix

Flight of the phoenix is paint on glass animation about the mythology of the phoenix and how it can be applied to overcoming real-world tragedies. My home recently burned down (I’m in CA) and I hope we all can find hope in any tragedy or situation although it is extremely difficult.

This is an experiment I did with sand. One of the instructors who hated me for no reason at CalArts hated it and everything else I did and failed me. For those emailing me questions about CalArts, don’t worry if you didn’t get in to EA! You don’t learn anything there anyway aside from that rich kids are pricks who get favored and are horrible to deal with! Also, there are lovely people there too but it is just not worth it, believe me.
